Marketing Coordinator At INSTROWEST, we are looking for a skilled Marketing Coordinator to work on a full time basis (at least 38 hours per week). Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies market opportunities within the industrial instrumentation and mining services sectors and advises on the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Instrowest's products and services.
- Develops and coordinates integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, tailoring messaging to technical audiences in the mining, oil and gas, and mineral processing industries.
- Manages Instrowest's online sales platform and e-commerce presence, implementing SEO strategies, promotional content, and pricing structures to drive customer acquisition and online revenue.
- Analyses market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to provide data-driven recommendations on product mix, pricing, and distribution channels to senior management.
- Plans and oversees the production of marketing collateral including capability statements, product brochures, and digital content,
coordinating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Develops and manages relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and distributors to support brand positioning and expand Instrowest's market presence across Australia.
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of marketing initiatives against key business objectives, reporting findings to management and adjusting strategies to optimise outcomes.
Skills and experience:
- Relevant qualification or 5 years of experience in lieu of the qualification
- at least 1 year of experience in the relevant role
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Proven ability to manage social media accounts and produce engaging digital content
- Experience coordinating promotional events and marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in analysing marketing data and preparing performance reports for management
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across internal teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging
Position: Full Time Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 Location: Unit 3/12 Day Rd, Rockingham WA 6168
