The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for the Pacific region. This hands‑on leadership role is pivotal in providing operational guidance, coaching, and support to General Managers and hotel leadership teams, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy, culture, and brand standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of the company's growing portfolio, currently comprising 5 operating hotels with 2 more planned for 2027. Key responsibilities include holding General Managers accountable for financial, operational, and guest experience objectives, leading the annual business planning and budgeting processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance revenue, profitability, and operational efficiencies.

The role also involves leading hotel openings, transitions, and major operational projects, as well as building and maintaining trusted relationships with hotel owners.



Applicants for the Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar executive position within lifestyle or premium hospitality, with a robust background in food and beverage being a plus. The ideal candidate will be a visible, hands‑on leader with a passion for lifestyle hospitality, and a proven track record in driving commercial, financial, and operational performance.
