Job Description

At TJX Australia, our Loss Prevention teams play a critical role in protecting our people, assets and operations. We're looking for a Supply Chain Loss Prevention Associate - AM Shift to support security, compliance and shrink reduction initiatives within our Processing Centre setting.

What You’ll Do

- Promote a safe and secure workplace by supporting safety, access control and compliance activities.
- Conduct audits, inspections and operational reviews to identify risks and process gaps.
- Support investigations into theft, fraud, inventory discrepancies and other loss events.
- Assist with CCTV reviews, evidence gathering and reporting.
- Partner with warehouse teams to drive compliance, inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.




- Maintain accurate records and escalating security, safety and operational concerns.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Compliance, Investigations or Audit.
- Warehouse, logistics or supply chain experience is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
- Strong attention to detail and investigative skills.
- Ability to identify risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
