We're looking for an organised and proactive Environment & Release Coordinator to join a large enterprise technology team supporting critical transformation initiatives.
This is a fantastic prospect for someone with experience in setting coordination, release support, application support or IT operations who enjoys creating structure, solving problems and working across multiple teams.
About The Role
As the Environment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination of non-production environments, ensuring projects have the environments they need to deliver successfully.
You'll maintain workplace schedules, documentation and calendars, coordinate releases and testing activities, and work closely with project teams, infrastructure, application support and change management to minimise conflicts and keep delivery on track.
Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain the enterprise environment calendar across development, test, UAT and pre-production environments
Coordinate environment bookings and availability across multiple projects
Create and maintain environment documentation, registers, templates and runbooks
Map application environments and integration points across systems
Coordinate releases, deployments and testing activitiesSupport Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes and environment change windows
Coordinate workplace refreshes and test data activities
Identify and resolve environment conflicts before they impact delivery
Communicate environment schedules, risks and impacts to technical and project stakeholders
About You
You'll bring:
2+ years' experience in environment coordination, release management or a similar role
Experience working with development, test and UAT environments
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience creating documentation, schedules, trackers or process documentation
Exposure to release management, deployments or change management processes
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow and Confluence (or similar)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine desire to improve processes
