Up to $135 per hour + superInitial 12-month contract with two potential 12-month extensionsAppoint is recruiting five experienced Civil Project Engineers for a Queensland Government transport infrastructure team based in Nerang.Working across the South Coast Region's road infrastructure programme, you will help progress projects from completed business case or scoping through preliminary and detailed design, tendering, procurement and Issue for Construction documentation.The positions offer a robust mix of technical engineering, project coordination and commercial exposure.
Depending on your experience, you may assist or act as Project Manager across individual projects.Key responsibilities:Supporting the delivery of transport infrastructure projects through pre-constructionCoordinating preliminary and detailed design activitiesMonitoring project scope, budgets, forecasts, programmes and risksSupporting tendering, procurement and contract administrationReviewing progress claims, variations and extensions of timeCoordinating consultants, contractors and project stakeholdersMaintaining accurate project records,
