This role will be offered on a permanent basis.Key requirements of the role include:Conduct mechanical tasks, including overhauls, installations, and fitting of mechanical equipmentPerform inspections, preventative maintenance, and unscheduled repairs based on trade knowledge and trainingUndertake troubleshooting and fault finding for routine vehicle issues, which may occasionally involve complex problem-solving within tight scheduling deadlinesIdentify and rectify faults in rail carriages, encompassing carriage air brakes,
