Ruah is seeking an experienced Voice and Inclusion Specialist to lead and coordinate our approach to client and employee voice, inclusion and equitable practice across the organisation. This Perth-based, full time role reports to the Executive Manager Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and focuses on implementing Ruah's LGBTIQA+SB Inclusion Strategy.

You will shape policy, service design and organisational culture with stakeholders and staff.
