Working closely with experienced Partners, you’ll gain exposure to a diverse range of matters, including:

- High-value MandA transactions
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Due diligence and transaction documentation
- Capital raising and investment structuring
- Shareholders’ agreements and corporate structuring
- Joint ventures and broader commercial arrangements
- Business restructures and entity management across companies, trusts and partnerships
- Franchising matters
- Corporate governance and general commercial advisory work

You’ll take a hands‑on role in matters and provide practical, commercially focused advice that directly supports your clients and their businesses.





We’re looking to speak with lawyers with approximately 2 -8 years PAE who have a solid grounding in corporate and commercial law.

You’ll ideally have experience across front-end corporate matters, a robust understanding of the Corporations Act, and proven capability in contract drafting, transactions and corporate compliance.
