We're working with a highly-regarded developer to appoint a Project Manager into an established delivery team. This is a business with a strong reputation for quality residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, where commercial discipline and design excellence sit side by side.

It's a genuine opportunity for a Project Manager who wants broad exposure across the development lifecycle - from early design and approvals through to completion and handover.

About the role

Reporting into senior delivery leadership, you'll help protect the commercial and legal interests of each project while ensuring buildability and efficiency are considered from the outset. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating construction input into design, procurement and authority approvals, keeping consultants accountable to key deliverables
- Managing tender processes and contractor engagement across early works and main build packages
- Overseeing contractors through construction to ensure compliance with contract provisions,



including project control group meetings
- Assessing variations, delay claims, extensions of time and progress claims
- Managing completion, handover and defects, alongside programmes and project cashflows

About you

- Minimum 2 years' Project Management experience across multi-residential and mixed-use projects
- Prior experience working client-side and/or developer side
- Strong MS Excel and MS Project skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Strong industry relationships, adept in stakeholder management and engagement
- Proven experience undertaking tenders, conducting ECIs, negotiating D&C; contract terms and facilitating authority approvals
