Key Responsibilities
- Dishwashing, rubbish removal, and daily cleaning.
- Keep BOH, storerooms, and delivery areas organised.
- Assist chefs with basic prep tasks.
- Maintain hygiene and WHS compliance at all times.
- Support team during service with a proactive attitude.
