About the role

This is a very exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly organised, and motivated Scheduler to join a market leader in the fuel industry. Duties of theScheduler will include:

Driver Management (i.e., performance, leave periods, resourcing, driver hours/fatigue).

Fleet Management (i.e., identifying efficiencies, resolving breakdowns, planned servicing, analysing utilisation of trucks, ensuring fleet is up to PremiAir Standard and yard is clean).

Driver and Tanker resource planning to ensure our customer service remains exceptional - this is a high volume & multi-drop scheduling role.

Customer relationship management to ensure we always exceed customer expectations.

Act as the first point of contact for scheduling enquiries and service updates.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on truck movements, outcomes and performance as directed by management.

Other appropriate duties as required/directed





The position is an integral part of a team where you will be exposed to a fast-pacedenvironment that deals with both customers and internal staff on a daily basis and has to be able to problem solve on the run.

Skills and Experience

You must possess a strong sense of urgency with an"I will make it happen"attitude to get the job done. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Will be required to be on call

Scheduling experience (any industry, though fuel industry experience is an advantage it is not a requirement!)

Previous experience successfully managing a designated Area/Region

Highly organised

Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Clear communication (both verbal and written)

Ability to think on the run

High level administration skills

Friendly and outgoing personality to provide excellent customer service

Willingness to learn the business

Ability to learn new IT systems

Previous experience and success in a similar role will be highly regarded, however, the successful applicant will be appointed primarily based on attitude and the desire to assist the business in the next phase of growth.
