This is a unique chance to lead and evolve NTI's national marketing operations capability. As National Manager - Marketing Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand strategy, media investment, customer engagement and marketing performance, while leading a talented team and influencing strategic business outcomes across the organisation.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Marketing & Propositions, you'll lead the development and execution of brand, media and marketing operations strategies that strengthen NTI's market position and support business growth. You'll oversee key marketing functions, drive operational excellence, and provide leadership to a high-performing team focused on digital experience, campaign delivery and audience engagement.

What you'll be responsible for:

Develop and implement NTI's brand strategy, including audience segmentation, positioning, brand architecture and creative direction.

Lead market research initiatives and translate customer and brand insights into strategic opportunities.

Create and oversee media strategies that maximise marketing investment and business outcomes.

Champion marketing innovation through initiatives such as marketing automation, customer journey optimisation and digital capability enhancement.

Provide strategic oversight of paid media, campaigns, website development and customer experience projects.

Own media partnerships and key agency relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Lead marketing budget planning, forecasting and performance reporting across the function

Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that measure effectiveness, support decision-making and demonstrate value to stakeholders.

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.





Build strong relationships across NTI and with external partners to deliver successful marketing outcomes.

You’ll bring:

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Media, Advertising or a related discipline.

5+ years' experience in a senior marketing, media or brand leadership role.

Strong expertise in brand strategy, brand architecture and the drivers of brand equity.

Experience developing segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies.

Proven success leading marketing operations, reporting, budgeting and performance management.

Strong project management capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience working within a regulated or compliance-focused industry will be highly regarded.
