About the role

You need to have minimum of 3 years door to door and face to face direct marketing experience, and you should be able to make your own team and lead it. You should be able to travel to regional NSW and other parts of Australia and do direct prospecting.

You should be able to make your own sales leads and close it- We will provide you the latest product training.

We will supply you the marketing materials and provide FULLY MAINTAIN Company car and travel accommodation incentives.

Students and people with visa are welcomed.

It is a base salary plus commission position.

We will negotiate the pay package in a face-to-face interview.

Only serious people with right attitude and willing to work hard and earn $300k plus PA need to apply.

You will directly report to the owner of the business.

This position offers the prospect to develop your leadership capabilities whilst making a meaningful impact on our organisation's growth and success.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising,



coaching and developing team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and support
- Managing team performance through setting clear objectives, conducting regular one-to-one meetings, and providing constructive feedback
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies to meet or exceed customer service targets
- Conducting staff training sessions and ensuring team compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on team metrics, performance and activities to management
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive and supportive team environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

- Similar previous experience to lead the team and make own sales.
- Clear English Speaking with Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop team members
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism




- Demonstrated competency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software platforms
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and familiarity with quality assurance processes
- Leadership capability with the ability to make sound decisions, take ownership and hold team members accountable
- A commitment to sustainability and environmental values, or a demonstrated willingness to learn about sustainability practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
