At Wonderkids Therapy, we're passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of neurodivergent children and their families. We're looking for an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team and help shape the future of our speech pathology service.
This is a unique opportunity to become our first Speech Pathologist, playing a key role in establishing and growing the service while working alongside a collaborative team that shares your passion for family-centred, neuro-affirming care.
About the role
As our Senior Speech Pathologist, you will:
Manage your own clinical caseload.
Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families.
Help establish and grow our speech pathology service.
Contribute to developing systems, resources, and clinical pathways.
Mentor and supervise graduate Speech Pathologists as our team grows.
