Heidelberg Materials Australia is hiring a Payroll Analyst to join our Shared Services Centre in Parramatta.
This permanent full time role handles end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll processing and keeps employee records up-to-date.Responsibilities include interpreting awards and contracts for overtime, processing leave provisions and back pay, generating payroll reports, and responding to staff inquiries.
We seek a team player with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
