We're partnering with a major Queensland Government organisation to recruit an experienced Data Modeller for a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities:
Design conceptual, logical and physical data models.
Translate business requirements into enterprise data models.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata, lineage and business rules.
Reverse engineer existing data models and support future-state design.
Contribute to data modelling standards and governance practices.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts and business stakeholders.
Ideally you will have the following:
Experience as a Data Modeller within enterprise data and analytics settings.
Solid knowledge of conceptual, logical and physical data modelling.
Experience with data governance, metadata management and data quality.
Experience using ER/Studio Data Architect or similar modelling tools.
Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and DevOps practices.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Technology
