This position will be based in Geelong at our Port office.
The role will provide administrative support for the Maintenance Manager and maintenance team.
The responsibilities of this role will include:Assisting with the administration for the stores warehouseAssisting with purchasing and creating purchase ordersTracking invoices and working with the internal AP team to ensure vendors are paid as per termsMaintain and monitor the SAP system supporting maintenanceAssisting the team to compile maintenance reportsAdministrative project work as requiredCoordinating training for staffAbout your experienceCandidates will have prior experience working in a similar administrative role in a maintenance team, preferably from an agricultural, manufacturing or FMCG setting.
We value demonstrated experience thinking on your feet and acting quickly.
Candidates will also display:Intermediate - advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and SAPExperience creating purchase ordersAttention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsAbility to work to deadlines
