Yo-Bar in Westfield, Knox, is seeking an experienced Team Leader for a full time, 38-hour week.
You'll support the Store Manager, lead from the floor during shifts, and help set the standard for team performance and customer experience in a high-volume setting.This hands-on role requires weekend and evening availability, solid customer service, coaching, and the ability to motivate a busy team to meet store KPIs while maintaining food safety and presentation standards.
