Our client operates residential property communities, manages low-maintenance housing estates, and provides lifestyle property management services focused on independent adult living.About the role:This role manages the end‐to‐end resident conveyancing process, preparing contracts and settlement documentation, coordinating payouts and lodgements etc.
Monitoring timelines of exit process and working closing with the other internal teams, to allow for better business decisions and drive customer outcomes.About youYou bring 3+ years' experience as a Conveyancer or Conveyancing/Real Estate Paralegal and a solid track record preparing legal documentation,



coordinating settlements and managing stakeholder relationships.strong attention to detail and process disciplineorganised, detail‐driven and confident managing multiple prioritiesexcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsthe ability to meet strict deadlines and work independentlystrong technical skills Microsoft Word and Excel capabilityclear communicator who builds robust professional relationshipsenjoy being apart of a high performing respected team and pride yourself on the quality of work you produceIf you are keen to make the move from private practice to in-house and are looking for more WFH flexibility, then this is a role you should hear more about.
