About the role

As a Teaching Fellow (Nutrition),you'lljointheSchool ofHealthScience and Clinical Practices, whereyou'llinspire and support the next generation ofnutritionprofessionals.You'llprimarily teach nutritionfoundationalsubjects, including Human Nutrition1 & 2,



Nutrition & Society, Food Systems, Science & Policy, and Lifespan Nutrition.

You'llcombine outstanding teaching practice with digital capability, learning design and innovation to create learning experiences that are flexible, engaging andcentredaround student success.

What you'll bring





Postgraduate qualification in Nutrition (Master'sdegree or higher); a PhD (completed or in progress) is highly regarded.

Current membership with a relevant professional association, together with contemporary professional experience in the nutrition field and the ability tomaintainactive industry engagement alongside the role.

Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environmentsin Higher Education

Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching

Confidence using, or enthusiasm for adopting, AI-enabled approaches in education

Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities

A student-centredapproach to teaching and learning

Strong communicationand collaboration skills

A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning

Relevant postgraduate qualifications (or working towards completion)
