Customer Greeter / Customer Service Ambassador to welcome customers as they enter our store. This is an important front-of-house role that creates a positive first impression and helps deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll greet every visitor with a warm smile, assist with basic enquiries, direct customers to the right departments, and help maintain a welcoming, secure, and positive environment throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome every customer with a friendly and skilled attitude.
Create a positive first impression of our store.
Assist customers with general enquiries and provide directions to products or departments.
Inform customers of current promotions, store events, and services where appropriate.
Monitor the store entrance and help maintain a safe and welcoming workplace.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure customers receive prompt assistance.
Help manage customer flow during busy trading periods.
Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Assist with security throughout the store,
including bag checks.
About You

Is reliable, punctual, and professionally presented.
Can stand for extended periods during shifts.
Has previous retail or customer service experience.
