As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll combine front-of-house hospitality with on-site marketing — welcoming guests, building rapport, and booking guests into livestream or in-person sales tours.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome and register owners
- Engage guests face-to-face or by phone to build rapport and generate livestream or in-person tour bookings
- Qualify prospects and book appointments for livestream and in-person Sales Centres
- Promote the benefits of the Travel & Leisure community
- Meet individual and team KPIs
- Complete required system updates and paperwork
- Weekend and public holiday availability is required and the ability to work across multiple Gold Coast sites.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or face-to-face marketing
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging guests in person
- A positive, energetic,



and self-motivated approach
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work across multi-Sales sites in the Gold Coast
