About Your New Company

West Recruitment is partnering with a well known international organisation embarking on a significant enterprise transformation. As part of the preparation for a major organisational change restructure and ERP program, they are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to complete the critical discovery, documentation and process mapping activities.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping future operating models, improving IT governance and supporting organisational change across a complex enterprise setting.

About Your New Role

Working across IT and business leadership, you will analyse current processes, document future state requirements and support organisational transformation initiatives. You will engage with senior stakeholders to ensure business processes, operating models and documentation are ready for the next phase of their business-critical program.

Key Responsibilities

- Document and map key IT processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, Project Delivery, and IT Portfolio Investment and Governance.
- Analyse enterprise applications and technical processes.
- Review support models and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assess which services should remain in-house and which should be managed by external vendors.
- Work closely with technical teams and business leaders to gather requirements and challenge existing ways of working.




- Support organisational transition activities as services move between internal teams and external providers.
- Lead knowledge transfer activities and ensure documentation is complete, accurate and fit for purpose.
- Contribute to change management activities throughout the transformation program.
- Partner with HR, IT leadership and department managers to develop and refine position descriptions.

About You

You are an experienced Technical Business Analyst who enjoys working across both technology and business functions. You are comfortable navigating complex organisations and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

You will also bring:

- Proven experience delivering process mapping and business analysis within large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience of working within an enterprise organisational change and transformation program
- Experience supporting outsourcing, insourcing, shared services or organisational transformation initiatives.
- Experience working across integration, rationalisation or enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills using recognised methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executives and senior leaders.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to ask the right technical and business questions.
- Previous experience supporting large transformation programs will be highly regarded.
