atWork Australia is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team in NSW. You will develop and manage relationships with local employers to create meaningful job opportunities for clients, and collaborate with Job Coaches to align candidates with labour market needs.

You’ll work to KPIs in a fast-paced, purpose-driven setting, delivering post-placement support and helping employers achieve long-term employment success while supporting clients at risk.
