This is an excellent prospect to join a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and shutdown services across multiple mine sites.Working 12-hour shifts on shutdown-specific rosters, you'll lead mechanical crews across predominantly Wash Plant shutdowns, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
With multiple back-to-back shutdowns already scheduled, this role offers consistent ongoing opportunities.What You Will Be DoingSupervising and coordinating daily activities of mechanical and structural crewsLeading shutdown works across Wash Plants and mining infrastructureEnsuring compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and legislative requirementsPlanning, scheduling, and overseeing shutdown activities to meet project deadlinesPromoting a robust safety-first culture and leading by exampleMaintaining high standards of quality, productivity,
