Job Description
Nationally recognised Tier 2 builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality fitout and refurbishment projects across aviation, commercial, health, education and government sectors valued to $50M
Strong pipeline of secured work across NSW and looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator to play a key role on a $15M flagship fit out at the airport from inception through to handover.
The Role
You'll work closely with an experienced Project Manager, taking ownership of the commercial delivery of the project while helping drive programme, cost, procurement and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include
Managing procurement, subcontractor packages and contract administration
Preparing cost reports, forecasts, variations and progress claims
Working closely with the Project Manager to drive commercial performance
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Ensuring projects are delivered safely,



profitably and to the highest quality standards
About You
A Construction Management degree or similar qualification
Experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial fitout or refurbishment projects valued at $10M+
Solid commercial and financial management skills
Experience working within the Tier 2 construction market
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
