Central Security is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Balcatta branch team for a 6 month fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys a solid working team environment.ResponsibilitiesThis is a frontline role that directly impacts the customer experience and involves a variety of tasks, including:Processing sales orders (via emailed purchase orders, counter and phone)Serving customers at the Trade Counter and via phone/emailResponding to product, pricing, order, and account enquiriesPreparing accurate quotes based on customer needsCoordinating with operations, purchasing, and accounts teamsManaging returns, backorders, and stock requestsAbout YouWe value positivity, a willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset.
While experience in a similiar role or industry is beneficial, it is not essential.
