The Event Coordinator will play a key role in optimising commercial outcomes for The Fresh Collective in Brisbane.Reporting to the Event Manager – QLD, the Event Coordinator will participate in event coordination for The Fresh Collective in an offsite capacity and across multiple venues within the Queensland portfolio.Why work at The Fresh Collective?

and manage event orders and supporting event documentation to client and company satisfactionEnsure event information, budgets, and operational changes are communicated effectively to all internal departments and clientsConduct proactive post-event follow-ups, gather client feedback, and update systems (Momentus Elite) to drive repeat businessAbout youA minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar event coordination role is requiredProven experience managing corporate, wedding, and social events within catering, hospitality groups, or function venues is highly regardedTertiary qualification is preferredLooking for a minimum 2-year commitment to grow with the businessExcellent relationship, interpersonal, and client management skillsStrong administration and task-management skillsA passion for food, excellent guest service, and hospitalityA positive, self-starter with a can-do attitude who is comfortable working within a rapid-paced, energetic environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skills
