Brief Description
CV Media & Signage delivers high-quality signage solutions for commercial, government and major infrastructure projects across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
We're looking for a hands‐on Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects from concept through to installation, working closely with clients, suppliers, production teams and installers to bring projects to life.
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and work on a diverse range of signage projects where no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing signage projects from sales handover through to completion
Reviewing project scopes, drawings, specifications and client requirements
Developing project schedules and ensuring key milestones are achieved
Coordinating design, artwork, manufacturing and installation activities
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Managing project budgets, variations and commercial outcomes
Attending client meetings and site visits as required
Identifying and mitigating project risks
Maintaining project documentation and reporting
Ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to a high standard
About You
Previous experience in project management within signage, shopfitting, construction, manufacturing or a related industry
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and project timelines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to read and interpret drawings and project documentation
Solutions-focused with strong attention to detail
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
