SEEK Pass is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (Customer Support) to lead day-to-day operations and evolve SEEK Pass Customer Support as we scale. You will manage a mixed team, coach and develop talent, and drive continuous improvement using data, feedback and emerging technology, including AI and automation.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across SEEK Pass and the wider SEEK business to deliver high-quality customer outcomes from Sydney, with some travel.
