As the Support Officer, you’ll report to the Fleet Manager and play a key behind‑the‑scenes role in keeping our fleet running smoothly. From onboarding new sub‑contractors to keeping credentials on track utilising our inhouse built systems, you’ll be right at the centre of our operations. You’ll work closely with sub‑contractors and internal teams, spot compliance risks early, support audits and help make sure everything is set up for success from day one.

We are currently located in Rydalmere 2116, and excited to be moving to a brand-new office in Kemps Creek 2178, in Late -2026!

What you’ll be doing:

- Support the onboarding of recent sub‑contractors, ensuring all documentation, credentials and agreements are completed accurately
- Set up and maintain sub‑contractor records our inhouse built systems alongside key industry software.
- Track: Licences, insurances, registrations, right‑to‑work and visa statuses
- Ensure sub‑contractors complete all required inductions, training and assessments before commencing work
- Maintain incident registers and assist with investigations
- Be a key point of contact for sub‑contractors regarding compliance, documentation and general enquiries
- Manage fleet assets including PDAs, radios, uniforms and PPE
