We’re now looking for a driven, hands‑on Leading Hand for high end Class 1 projects who thrives on‑site, leads by example and wants to be part of a growing construction business where your contribution truly matters.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving daily site outcomes. You’ll support subcontractors, uphold safety and quality standards,



track progress and keep everything moving efficiently on site.

This is a lead‑from‑the‑front role - ideal for someone who takes ownership, is highly organised and enjoys motivating others.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading daily site activities, including daily start‑ups and work coordination
- Supporting subcontractors to work safely, efficiently and productively
- Driving high standards of safety, quality and workmanship
- Tracking and documenting works, including daily site diaries
- Managing defects and rectification with clear documentation and photos
- Identifying hazards and stopping unsafe work when required
- Assisting with project programming, site setup and ongoing coordination
- Liaising with Certifiers, Fire Engineers and the wider project team
- Contributing ideas to improve site performance and delivery outcomes

About You

At least 4+ years’ experience in high end Class 1 projects

Good communicator who can build strong working relationships on site

Enjoy leading, mentoring and supporting others
