What you'll be doing

With an excellent Sales team already on the floor, we are looking for a commercially minded leader to work with the team and management as we shape the future of the store.

- Sales Leadership: Lead and support a small, close-knit sales team, creating a positive, accountable culture where people are motivated to achieve their goals while feeling supported to succeed.
- Performance & KPIs: Develop meaningful, sustainable KPIs that align with business objectives and coach your team on best practice.
- Customer Relationships & Business Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Sales Strategy & Continuous Improvement:



Work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for growth, improve sales processes and implement practical initiatives that drive long-term performance.
- Team & Operational Support: As part of a small business, you'll enjoy variety in your day, working collaboratively with the warehouse and administration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

- Has experience in a similar role
- Brings a commercial acumen and leadership skills, coupled with practical sales technique.
