Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to reach across our global Composite Fibre Technologies (CFT) business. You will develop the marketing strategy, for the brand and to launch innovative new products in a competitive environment.

In this full-time position located at Wellcamp in the heart of our CFT operations, you will autonomously manage and execute Wagners CFT sales and marketing strategy.
/n
Main Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Work collaboratively with the sales, operations and product teams to understand customer needs and identify target audiences
/n
- Structure and support marketing events (webinar series, conference materials, technical presentations)
/n
- Drive CRM Database automation to build outbound/email marketing campaigns
/n
- Manage performance marketing, PR campaigns and social media accounts
/n
- Develop content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets
/n
- Manage budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
/n
- Manage the Marketing Dashboard, evaluate campaign effectiveness (metrics) and ROI
/n
- Maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels
/n
- Monitor competitor activities, analyse market trends and business insights
/n
- Oversee external agency relationships (Brand, Creative, Media, PR)
/n
- Build and promote strong, long‐lasting customer relationships
/n
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and tailor marketing activities around target projects, clients and current industry trends
/n/n
What you'll bring
/n
/n
- Extensive experience in managing Digital Campaigns (Inbound/Outbound marketing)
/n
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing plans that drive business results
/n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft and deliver a compelling message, maintaining brand consistency across all product communication and marketing collateral
/n
- Experience working with external agencies and vendors
/n
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‐functional global teams
/n
- Excellent project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
/n
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
/n
- Experience with Hub Spot Marketing Hub would be advantageous
/n
- Knowledge of the Local, State and Federal Government construction sector, along with the general civil construction market, and an understanding of the contract and tendering processes is desirable but not essential
/n
- Tertiary level qualifications in Marketing or Communications are expected, but may be offset by extensive relevant experience and demonstrated knowledge of, and expertise in, using contemporary marketing strategies and platforms
