We have an exciting opportunity for an HSE Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This role will work closely with leaders across WTG to support safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplaces through practical advice, coaching, consultation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leaders and teams to provide practical HSE advice, coaching and support.

Support the ongoing development and improvement of WTG's Safety Management System.

Lead and support incident management, investigations, corrective actions and risk control activities.

Coordinate audits, inspections, consultation activities and safety improvement initiatives across WTG locations.

Support injury management and return to work outcomes in partnership with employees, leaders and external providers.

Monitor safety performance, identify trends and prepare clear reports and recommendations for leaders.

Develop and deliver HSE training,



toolbox talks and awareness activities that build capability and engagement.

About You:

You will bring experience in a health, safety and environment advisory, business partner or leadership role, ideally within an operational or multi-site setting.

You have a practical understanding of Australian WHS legislation, risk management and safety systems.

You are confident coaching, influencing and building trusted relationships with leaders and employees.

You communicate clearly, take a solutions-focused approach and enjoy helping teams improve the way they work safely.

Experience with incident investigations methodologies (ICAM, Tap RooT, 5-Why or similar), audits, workers compensation, rehabilitation or return to work programs will be highly regarded.

A Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety, Diploma WHS or equivalent experience will support your success in this role.
