What does the job look like?

/n

This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking, commercial acumen and project leadership to deliver meaningful operational improvements across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities to improve productivity, optimise costs and enhance service delivery before leading initiatives through implementation and measuring the benefits achieved.

- Leading operational improvement initiatives from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation

/n

- Analysing operational, financial and service performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities

/n

- Developing business cases, financial models and ROI analysis to support investment decisions

/n





- Partnering with Operations, Finance and Commercial teams to improve productivity and business performance

/n

- Designing and maintaining dashboards, KPI reporting and performance metrics

/n

- Driving process standardisation and continuous improvement across operational functions

/n

- Managing multiple improvement projects while engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels

/n

- Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and commercially focused way

Are you the one?

You're naturally curious and enjoy solving complex business problems. You have a robust analytical mindset, understand commercial drivers and know how to turn insights into practical outcomes. Most importantly, you enjoy working with people and leading projects that deliver measurable business improvements.

You'll be able to demonstrate:

/n

/n

- Proven experience managing and delivering operational improvement or business transformation projects

/n

- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting large datasets to support decision making

/n

- Excellent commercial and financial acumen, including experience developing business cases and financial models

/n

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,



with experience using Power BI, SQL or similar analytics tools highly regarded

/n

- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

/n

- The ability to communicate complex information in a simple and meaningful way

/n

- Experience within logistics, supply chain, field services or other operational environments will be highly regarded
