Navarra Venues in Sydney is seeking a Hospitality Operations Manager who thrives in rapid-paced, guest-focused environments. You will lead from the front, roll up your sleeves, and ensure flawless delivery of weddings, corporate events and large-scale functions.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will coordinate with event coordination, sales, culinary and venue teams, manage up to 50 events monthly, and maintain Navarra's reputation for excellence while ensuring safety and service standards.
