Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking a Concrete Site Supervisor to join our Clarendon Homes team, overseeing Sydney Southwest based residential construction projects.

Salary

$100-115k

/n

This is an ideal career opportunity for a qualified tradesperson (concreting, carpentry, bricklaying or general residential construction) looking to progress into a supervisory role. In this role, you will be required to take a hands‐on approach to delivering high‐quality builds, managing your site teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You'll work closely with trades, suppliers, and clients to maintain a smooth, effective, and positive building experience. You will also be provided with the skills to grow into a Site Manager role.

What You'll Do

/n

- Lead and motivate site teams to deliver high‐quality residential builds safely, on time, and within budget.

/n

- Manage all aspects of the construction process, from site start through to handover.

/n

- Ensure compliance with WHS standards, building codes, and company policies.

/n

- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and contractors to maintain efficiency and quality.

/n

- Monitor costs, productivity, and progress to achieve business objectives.

/n

- Drive a strong customer focus by maintaining clear communication and a positive building experience.

About You

/n

/n

- Residential construction experience with a strong trade background and desire to develop into a Site Manager.

/n

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and inspire site teams.

/n





- Excellent organisational and time‐management skills, with a sharp eye for detail.

/n

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.

/n

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, trades, and colleagues.

/n

- A solutions‐focused mindset with a drive to achieve results.
