If you're passionate about aviation, logistics, and building strong relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As the National Coordinator – Sales & Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of daily cargo operations while supporting commercial growth across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

- Prepare operational and commercial reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal and international stakeholders to ensure alignment with Delta Air Lines Cargo's service standards and commercial objectives.
- Support the implementation of new products, processes, and commercial initiatives.
About You
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You enjoy working with people, solving problems, and building relationships across different cultures and time zones.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience within the airline cargo, freight forwarding, logistics, or aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of air cargo operations and customer service.

The successful candidate should be comfortable:
- Responding to occasional after-hours or weekend phone calls relating to urgent operational or customer matters.
- Coordinating with overseas stations across different time zones.
- Managing operational disruptions and providing timely support to customers when required.
- Travelling within Australia and internationally for training, customer meetings, airline conferences, and other business-related activities.
This is not a shift-work position; however, flexibility and a willingness to assist when needed are important attributes for success.
