NOW Energy is recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial builder with a strong pipeline of refurbishment and fit-out projects across retail, education, hospitality, service stations and commercial sectors.

We're looking for an Estimator with 2–5 years' experience working for a Principal Contractor.
/n
This is a MUST-HAVE requirement.
/n
We're not looking for someone who has only priced one trade or specialist package. You must have experience estimating entire refurbishment and fit-out projects from tender through to submission, coordinating all scopes of work.
/n
You'll be responsible for:
/n
/n
- Preparing hard dollar tenders for commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects
/n
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
/n
- Completing quantity take-offs and pricing all project scopes
/n
- Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations
/n
- Assisting with procurement and project handover
/n
- Working closely with the Pre-Construction and Delivery teams
/n/n
To be considered you'll need:
/n
/n
- 2–5 years' estimating experience with a Principal Contractor
/n
- Experience pricing complete commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects
/n
- Excellent commercial and analytical skills
/n
- Experience with Cubit (or similar estimating software) is advantageous
/n/n
