Lead, Coach and Grow Exceptional Centre Leaders

The Atlantis Group is seeking an experienced and inspiring Performance & Capability Leadto partner with our Centre Managers and build leadership capabilityand exceptional performance outcomesacross our network of 10 Early Learning Centresand 1 Outside School Hours Care Centre throughout metropolitan Perth.

Basedinour Currambine Support Office andregularly workingacross ourcentres, this pivotal leadership role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in driving sustainable operational excellence,peopleleadership andorganisationalperformance.

This is not atraditional operationsrole. Our Performance & Capability Lead succeeds bycoaching with accountability-developing highly capable, confident Centre Managers who can independently lead high-performingcentres, teams andachieve exceptional performanceoutcomes.

About the Role

As the Performance & Capability Lead, you will provide leadership, coaching and performance support to 10 Centre Managers and 1 OSHC Centre Manager. You willmaintaina strategic view of performance across the network,identifyemerging risks and opportunities, and connect Centre Managers with the right specialist support to achieve strong commercial, operational, people and quality outcomes.

Success in this role will be reflected through exceptional leadership capability, high-performingcentreteams, andcentresconsistently achieving sustainable performance againstorganisationalgoals and KPIs.

- Coach and develop Centre Managers to strengthen leadership capability,confidenceand accountability
- Facilitate regular coaching, growth and development conversations linked to strategic and operational goalsand performance objectives
- Build commercial capability alongside educational andpeopleleadership capability.
- Maintain a holistic view of performance across quality, people, culture, safety,complianceand financial measures,



to driveappropriateactionsto deliver on performancegoals andobjectives
- Foster a high-performance, high-trust leadership culture through coaching,collaborationand continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal specialists to develop resources and initiatives that enhance leadership capability andorganisationalperformance.

Skills, Attributes & Experience

- Proven experience coaching and developing Centreleaders in a multi-site operational workplace.
- Demonstrated success improving performance across multiple locations, including people,qualityand commercial outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking, systems-thinkingand decision-making capability.
- Excellent relationship-building,influencingand stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with workforce planning, succession planning, talentdevelopmentand performance management.
- Strong understanding of Early Childhood Education and Care, including the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
- Skilled in leadership development tools and coaching frameworks.
- High emotional intelligence,resilienceand adaptability.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation,presentationand feedback skills.
- Comfortable holding accountability, makingdifficult decisionsand leading change.

Qualifications

- Degree qualification in Business, Leadership, Education, Human Resourcesorrelateddiscipline.
- Executive or Leadership Coachingqualification.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current National Police Clearance.
