Our client is one of the fastest-growing marketing and sales enablement companies for renovation businesses in Australia and New Zealand. They work with high-performing tradies to scale their businesses to $1.2M–$3M+ annually through proven marketing systems and elite sales support.

They're now on the hunt for a world-class Sales Coach, someone who's not just talked about sales, but has personally sold over $1M in revenue or in any industry, preferably in residential renovation work in a single year.

The Opportunity

/n

In this role, you'll partner with our clients to transform their sales performance. You'll coach them on how to convert cold leads into high-ticket projects using structured processes, psychology-backed techniques, and real-time feedback.

/n

Your Mission

/n

/n

- Help clients close more deals from cold leads

/n

- Coach clients on conversion rates, quoting, follow-up, and buyer psychology

/n

- Deliver live sales coaching, feedback, and practical advice

/n

- Share proven frameworks, objection-handling tools, and winning structures

/n/n





Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Run weekly 1:1 and group coaching calls

/n

- Review and critique sales calls, quoting methods, and CRM usage

/n

- Guide clients in building a repeatable sales process

/n

- Create and refine sales resources and playbooks

/n

- Collaborate with our internal team to achieve our goal: 100 clients doing $100K/month

/n/n

What We're Looking For

/n

/n

- $1M+ in sales in one calendar year (construction, trades, or renovation industry)

/n

- Deep experience in in-home and phone-based sales

/n

- Proven success selling to cold leads

/n

- Strong communicator with leadership and coaching ability

/n

- Experience improving sales performance in others

/n

- Comfortable using Zoom, CRMs, screen shares, and digital tools

/n/n

Bonus Points For

/n

/n

- Experience with tradie CRMs

/n

- Background in selling kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, or roofing

/n/n
