Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced hospitality leader to join the team as Operations Manager (2IC) at Gladstone Hotel.

This newly created leadership role has been designed to develop the next generation of Venue Managers. Working alongside an experienced hospitality leader, you'll build the commercial, operational and people leadership skills needed to confidently lead your own venue.

What You'll Do

- Support the day-to-day operation of the venue across all departments
- Lead shifts and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Take ownership of the venue in the Venue Manager's absence
- Coach, develop and support supervisors and frontline team members
- Oversee rostering, stock control, cash management and daily operational routines
- Drive high standards of service,



presentation and compliance across the venue

What We're Looking For

- Leadership experience in a pub, hotel or similar multi-outlet hospitality venue
- Confidence leading teams across bar, bistro and gaming operations
- Strong commercial awareness and sound operational decision-making skills
- Experience with rostering, venue administration, reporting and cash management
- A collaborative leader with a genuine passion for developing people
- Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG
