Your Opportunity
As our local and regional workload continues to grow, we’re looking for a technically strong Structural Building Engineer to join our well established team. Alongside projects in our core markets, this role also offers exposure to national and international schemes, creating a strong mix of variety, challenge, and prospect.
We’re looking for an engineer with strong design capability, sound judgement, and a track record of delivering high quality multi-storey structural solutions.

Day to Day
- Lead or support the structural design and delivery of building projects from concept through to detailed design and construction stage input.
- Prepare calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications in line with project requirements and Australian Building standards/codes.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop efficient and buildable solutions.
- Respond to technical queries, contribute to design meetings, and provide input throughout project delivery.
- Offer guidance and technical support to junior engineers as part of the wider team.
Profile/Skills:
What We Are Looking For
- Extensive experience in structural engineering, with a background in complex building projects.
- Excellent technical understanding of structural design, materials, and relevant standards and codes, with experience working on local projects in Australia. Experience in AS3600 is essential
- Ability to manage your own workload, take ownership of deliverables, and work with a high level of accountability.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A practical,
thoughtful approach and a commitment to delivering safe, efficient, and well-resolved engineering solutions.
- Software experience in ETABS, RAPT, RAM, Strand7 or similar.
