Marketing Specialist – Not-for-Profit | 12-month Fixed Term

Location: Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne – Ringwood. (2 days in office / 3 days WFH – near train station)

Salary: $100k – $110k + Super

As Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the end‐to‐end customer journey for apprentices and job seekers, while supporting strategic marketing programs across multiple divisions.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Lead customer journey and touchpoint mapping projects to enhance experience and engagement

/n

- Support the rollout of marketing initiatives across employment, apprenticeship and workforce programmes

/n

- Develop briefs and coordinate delivery with creative, digital and media teams (internal and external)

/n

- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, campaigns and website content aligned to brand and compliance

/n

- Analyse campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement

/n

- Collaborate with stakeholders across divisions and external partners to meet objectives and timelines

/n/n

About You

/n

/n

- 4+ years of marketing experience (client‐side or agency)

/n

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related discipline (preferred)

/n

- Proven experience improving customer journeys and user experience

/n





- Experience managing multi‐channel campaigns (digital, print, social, events, collateral)

/n

- Strong project management skills and familiarity with workflow tools (e.g. Monday, Teamwork)

/n

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

/n

- Experience in a regulated or compliance‐driven workplace is highly regarded

/n/n
