We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Microsoft Dynamics delivery team. You can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
You'll be part of a supportive, close-knit PMO team that genuinely values collaboration, flexibility and work/life balance. You'll work alongside talented Project Managers across ANZ, with a leader who understands the realities of project delivery and is committed to helping the team succeed.

You'll play a key role in:
- Delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement programmes, working with clients, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to turn strategy into successful outcomes.
- Lead the delivery of complex Dynamics 365CE projects and strategic initiatives
- Bring together multiple teams to drive successful project outcomes
- Partner closely with stakeholders to define requirements, scope and delivery plans
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies
- Drive governance,
reporting and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
Your profile:

- We're interested in people who combine strong project leadership with the ability to build trusted relationships and confidently navigate complex environments.
- Experience working for a consulting or technology vendor (essential)
- Strong project and programme management experience across multiple teams and workstreams
- Experience delivering projects using Agile, Dev Ops or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Public sector experience (highly regarded)
- Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2 or PMP/PMI
- Experience using Agile lifecycle management tools such as Azure Dev Ops, or Jira and Confluence
