Head of Technology & Digital Transformation
to lead its technology strategy and shape the next phase of digital innovation across the business.
This is a true leadership role where you'll influence executive stakeholders, own the technology roadmap and deliver meaningful business outcomes through modern platforms, AI and automation.
What you'll be responsible for
Developing and delivering the organisation's technology strategy
Driving AI adoption and governance across the business
Identifying automation prospects that improve operational efficiency
Optimising Microsoft Business Central and associated business systems
Delivering CRM, ERP and integration projects
Leading technology governance, cybersecurity and risk management
Managing internal technology teams, vendors and strategic partners
Working closely with senior leadership to align technology with commercial objectives




We're looking for someone with
Experience leading technology or digital transformation functions
Robust Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics 365 experience
Proven success delivering enterprise technology projects
Exposure to AI adoption, automation and systems integration
Excellent stakeholder engagement across executive leadership
Solid commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes
Previous experience leading internal technology teams
