Role Description
The BDM – Digital Services is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Adelaide Area. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, engaging with decision-makers in target industries, and presenting tailored digital growth solutions. The BDM will manage the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing, while maintaining strong post-sale relationships to support long-term client success. Day-to-day activities include conducting meetings and presentations, collaborating with strategy and delivery teams to shape client solutions, monitoring market trends and competitor offerings, and preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Sales and Business Development,



with experience selling digital or technology-enabled services.
Proven capability in New Business Development, including prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity management.
Experience in Account Management, with the ability to nurture client relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Strong Contract Negotiation skills, with a track record of structuring and closing commercial agreements.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confident stakeholder engagement at executive and operational levels.
Understanding of digital strategy, marketing, or automation solutions; experience with service-based industries such as Transport, Home Improvement, Aged care, NDIS, or healthcare is highly regarded.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet revenue and growth targets in a fast-paced workplace.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field are beneficial, but equivalent commercial experience is also valued.
