Electrical Engineer
Join a specialist engineering business delivering cutting edge Electrical Monitoring Systems (EMS), Building Management Systems (BMS) and critical infrastructure monitoring solutions across hospitals, healthcare, commercial and industrial settings. We're looking for an Electrical Engineer who enjoys getting projects delivered. This is not a pure design role. You will work across design, integration, commissioning, client support and ongoing optimisation of electrical monitoring and control systems in live operational environments. You will be the technical link between the project team and the client, helping deliver reliable, data driven solutions that improve asset performance and reduce operational risk.
Responsibilities:
Deliver EMS and BMS projects from design through to commissioning and handover
Configure, test and integrate electrical monitoring and control systems
Work directly with clients and provide ongoing technical support
Conduct site commissioning,



fault finding and system optimisation
Integrate systems using Modbus TCP, IP networks and IoT connected devices
Support upgrades, service agreements and continuous improvement initiatives
Build solid relationships with facility managers, engineers and technical stakeholders
Requirements:
Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
Experience delivering EMS, BMS, SCADA or power monitoring projects
Robust commissioning and project delivery experience
Client facing consulting or technical support capability
Experience with Schneider Electric platforms highly regarded, particularly:
EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert (PME)
EcoStruxure Power Operation (EPO)
EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO)
Knowledge of Modbus TCP, IP networking and industrial communications
Ability to read single line diagrams and electrical schematics
Experience within healthcare, commercial buildings, data centres, utilities or industrial environments will be highly regarded
