About the Role

Working closely with our experienced team, you'll learn every aspect of the real estate industry while building a successful career as a high performing Sales Agent.

Your responsibilities will include

- Assisting with the management of buyers and vendors.
- Attending open homes and private inspections.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Following up buyer enquiries and generating new opportunities.
- Maintainaccurate client records within the CRM system.
- Supporting negotiations and sales campaigns.
- Prospecting for new business and growing your profile within the local community.
- Delivering an exceptional customer service to buyers, vendors,



and all prospective clients.
- Prepare contracts and sales documentation in accordance with legislation.
- Support property management tasks accurately and within required timeframes.
- Assist in achieving TEAM sales targets.
- Demonstrate ongoing professional development and progression towards becoming a Licensed Sales Agent.
- Assist with general office administration & customer service when required.
